Donna Pizzulli, MPA, RHIA, FAHIMA, Chief Operating Officer

With four decades’ experience working in the health information management field, Donna Pizzulli manages all operations at Cybergistics, including marketing and the HIM resource division. Prior to co-founding Cybergistics, she was Senior Vice President at the New Jersey Hospital Association (NJHA) in Princeton, NJ, where among other duties she created and managed a for-profit information services division, and led the Association’s electronic medical record initiatives.

Donna has a wealth of HIM management expertise, having overseen projects in the areas of electronic records, interim management, coding education, reimbursement strategies, and quality of care at hospitals throughout New Jersey. Her experience as a hospital administrator in Qatar, and as a consultant for governmental agencies in various countries, gives Donna a global perspective.

Among her numerous awards and certifications, Donna is one of only 115 HIM professionals to achieve Fellowship status in the American Health Information Management Association.

Donna earned a BS in medical record administration from D’Youville College and a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

J.R. Emmanuelli, Head of Records Management

J.R. EmmanuelliJ.R. oversees the records management division of Cybergistics, including information imaging and all warehouse facilities. Prior to co-founding Cybergistics, J.R. worked as a medical photographer with several hospitals in the New York/New Jersey area, and in Qatar. He also worked as a biomedical photographer for the U.S.D.A.

J.R. earned a Certificate of Proficiency as a Biomedical Photographer from the Mt. Sinai Medical Center of Greater Miami and an Associate of Science degree in photography from the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale.


Laudine Markovchick, RHIT, CCS, Director of Coding Services

Laudine oversees Cybergistics’ ICD-10 readiness services, coder training and auditing, documentation improvement education, and data analysis. During her 25 years’ experience in coding and HIM consulting, Laudine has conducted numerous coding education programs for both coding staff and physicians, has mentored coders, performed audits, worked on DNFB reduction projects and has supervised coding staff in both hospital and consulting settings.

Prior to joining Cybergistics, Laudine worked for the New Jersey Hospital Association, Horizon Blue Cross and several prestigious hospitals. A member of AHIMA and the NJ Health Information Management Association, Laudine is currently a credentialed RHIT and CCS, as well as an AHIMA-certified ICD-10 trainer.
